🎨 Artwork Requirements To guarantee the best print quality, your uploaded file must meet the following specifications. We print exactly what you provide:

  • Accepted File Types: .PNG, .SVG, .TIFF, .AI, .PDF

  • Background: A 100% transparent background is strictly required. Any colored or white boxes left in your design will be printed onto the transfer.

  • Color Profile: Artwork must be created and saved in CMYK color mode. Submitting files in RGB may result in unexpected color shifting when printed.

  • Print-Ready: Please ensure your file is sized to your exact gang sheet dimensions at a minimum of 300 DPI.

Our transfers are printed using premium, high-density inks with a solid white base, ensuring vibrant, true-to-life colors that pop on both light and dark garments. Engineered for ultimate durability, these transfers offer an incredibly soft hand-feel and are lab-tested to withstand dozens of washes without cracking, fading, or peeling. Perfect for 100% cotton, polyester, blends, denim, and more!

📐 Artwork & Upload Requirements (Must Follow)

To guarantee the highest quality print, your uploaded gang sheet file must adhere to the following specifications. Please note: We print exactly what you upload; we do not edit, resize, or alter customer files.

  • Accepted File Formats: .PNG, .SVG, .TIFF, .AI, and .PDF

  • Transparent Background Required: Your artwork must have a 100% transparent background. Any white or colored background boxes left in your file will be printed onto the transfer film.

  • Color Mode (CMYK): Our commercial printers use professional CMYK inks. You must build and save your artwork in CMYK color mode. Submitting files in RGB may result in unexpected color shifting (especially with neon or highly saturated colors) when translated to the printer.

  • Resolution: Files should be sized exactly to your chosen gang sheet dimensions at a minimum of 300 DPI. Low-resolution files will result in blurry or pixelated prints.

  • Do Not Mirror: Upload your designs exactly as you want them to appear on the garment.

Because these gang sheets are 100% custom-manufactured specifically for you using your provided files, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or free reprints for print issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork. This firm policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to provide a transparent background (e.g., printed white boxes).

  • Color variations caused by submitting RGB files instead of CMYK.

  • Blurry or pixelated prints due to low-resolution uploads.

  • Incorrect sizing, spacing, or typographical errors in your design.
