Welcome to Citeehive. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before navigating our website, utilizing our custom design interfaces, or placing an order for our custom apparel, Direct-to-Film (DTF) gangsheets, and premade custom t-shirts. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your commercial relationship with Citeehive.
By accessing our services, creating an account, or submitting a purchase order, you (“Customer”, “User”) explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of our platform and technical printing services.
1. Scope of Service and Geographic Restrictions
Citeehive provides specialized e-commerce and physical manufacturing fulfillment operations, including custom graphic design for t-shirt printing, interactive Direct-to-Film (DTF) gangsheet compilation utilities (“Gangsheet Builder”), and custom printed pre-designed apparel. Our logistical capabilities are strictly limited geographically:
Domestic Fulfillment: Citeehive explicitly limits its distribution, shipping, and delivery services to addresses located exclusively within the provinces and territories of Canada.
International Exclusion: We do not accept international orders, nor do we ship to the United States or any territories outside the national boundaries of Canada. Any order placed containing a non-Canadian shipping destination will be automatically canceled and refunded, subject to an administrative processing deduction.
2. Direct-to-Film (DTF) Gangsheet Production
Citeehive offers automated print execution via our digital Gangsheet Builder application. Due to the high-throughput nature and personalized configurations of these print setups, a strict regulatory standard is applied to all submissions:
Strict Exclusion of Liability: Citeehive enforces an absolute, non-negotiable policy dictating that no returns, refunds, or reprint privileges will be granted for DTF Gangsheet products under any circumstances.
File Standards Compliance: It is the sole technical responsibility of the Customer to ensure all graphic assets uploaded into the Gangsheet Builder strictly adhere to the printing standards provided on our platform. These parameters include, but are not limited to, a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, accurate CMYK color profiles, explicit background transparency constraints, and precise dimensional boundaries.
Defect Limitation: Citeehive does not check, screen, modify, or verify file configurations prior to automated printing queue injection. Any structural flaws in the final print outcome resulting from low-resolution files, poor pixelation, incorrect formatting, color shifts, or missing alpha channel transparencies remain the liability of the Customer.
3. Custom Graphic Design Services
When contracting Citeehive to execute custom graphic design services for t-shirt applications, the Customer agrees to enter a collaborative and structured creative workflow managed by the following provisions:
Design Firmness and References: To initiate design fabrication, the Customer must provide a definitive, concrete concept outline along with physical design references, layout samples, and precise instructional guides. Citeehive will not commence work on ambiguous, speculative, or open-ended creative briefs.
Revision Allocation Limit: Each custom design contract includes a maximum allotment of two (2) minor design revisions. Revisions must align structurally with the original design parameters and sample references provided at the time of order placement.
Premium Revision Charges: Should a design require a third (3rd) revision, or any subsequent modifications, or if the Customer requests a complete deviation from the initial sample reference, the Customer will be assessed a mandatory premium revision fee per iteration. Work will be halted until this invoice is cleared.
Non-Refundable Design Allocations: Creative service fees constitute compensation for immediate design labor and operational time. Consequently, all custom design services are completely non-refundable, regardless of whether the final design variation is pushed into the print production pipeline.
4. Production Proofing Protocol & Fraud Prevention
To maintain structural security, mitigate external merchant liability, and eliminate fraudulent item alteration claims, Citeehive implements a comprehensive visual verification process:
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every physical custom and premade t-shirt product undergoes strict double-check verification by our quality inspectors.
Photographic Documentation: Citeehive takes detailed, timestamped digital photographs of each garment, design configuration, and print layout immediately prior to sealing, packaging, and courier dispatch. These visual records serve as irrefutable evidence of the product’s pristine, undamaged condition and exact specification alignment at the moment of shipping.
5. Physical Apparel Quality Assurance and Returns Exclusions
All finished physical garments, including premade custom t-shirts and custom-designed printed garments, are fabricated on-demand to customized specifications.
Final Sale Designation: All finalized printed apparel orders are categorized as final sales. Citeehive does not support returns, exchanges, or credit allocations based on buyer remorse, general design dissatisfaction, or incorrect sizing choices. Customers are advised to carefully inspect structural measurement charts prior to submitting payment.
Dispute Resolution and Claims Verification: In the event that a Customer asserts a claim concerning a material garment puncture, printing error, or missing component, the claim will be rigidly audited against the internal pre-shipment photographic record described in Section 4. Any claim establishing discrepancies that contradict our recorded pre-shipping images, or that hint at post-delivery tampering or deliberate damage, will be denied immediately.
Approved Damage Claims: If an error is authenticated by Citeehive as a manufacturing discrepancy via comparison with our pre-shipment photo file, we will initiate an expedited reprint order or allocate store credit at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of tracking-confirmed delivery.
6. Modifications and Limitation of Liability
Citeehive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or alter these Terms and Conditions at any moment. Your continued interaction with the Citeehive platform following the posting of modifications constitutes complete legal acceptance of the revised provisions. Citeehive’s aggregate liability under any legal claim or contract action shall never exceed the absolute dollar amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service under dispute.
