Thank you for choosing Citeehive. Because we specialize in custom apparel, personalized printing, and digital design services, our products are made uniquely for you. Consequently, our return, refund, and reprint policies are strictly enforced based on the type of product or service purchased.

By placing an order with Citeehive, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Quality Control & Fraud Prevention (Physical T-Shirts)

At Citeehive, we hold our production to the highest standards. To protect our business and ensure absolute accuracy:

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every single physical t-shirt (both custom designed and premade) undergoes a rigorous double-check process by our quality control team.

  • Photographic Documentation: We take high-resolution photographs of every finished product, garment condition, and print layout immediately before sealing and shipping the package.

  • Claims Verification: These records are permanently attached to your order file. Any claims regarding pre-existing garment damage, stains, incorrect designs, or missing items will be cross-referenced with our pre-shipment imagery. Fraudulent claims, intentional damage to garments, or false excuses to secure free items will be rejected immediately.

2. Custom Design Services (T-Shirt Printing)

We dedicate extensive professional hours and creative labor to bring your vision to life. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on custom design services under any circumstances.

To ensure a smooth workflow, customers must adhere to the following:

  • Design Clarity: Customers must be entirely firm and clear about the design concept they want prior to the start of the design process.

  • Design References: Customers must provide reference images, samples, or detailed design inspiration to guide our team.

  • Revision Limit: Your design fee includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions based on your original brief.

  • Paid Revisions: Any request for a third (3rd) revision, or a complete change of direction from the original reference sample, will require an additional revision fee before any further work is completed.

3. Direct-to-Film (DTF) Gangsheets

Strict No-Refund, No-Reprint, and No-Return Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or reprint requests for DTF Gangsheets under any circumstances.

  • File Standards: Citeehive provides explicit file and artwork standards (including resolution, dimensions, transparency, and color profiles) required for high-quality printing. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure their files meet these requirements before submission via our Gangsheet Builder or direct upload.

  • Liability: Citeehive is not liable for low-quality prints, pixelation, blurry text, color shifting, or layout errors resulting from improperly formatted files provided by the customer.

4. Premade & Completed Custom T-Shirts

Because all t-shirts are printed to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We will only offer a replacement if there is a verifiable error on our part that does not align with our pre-shipment photographic records (e.g., we shipped a completely different size or color than what was ordered).

How to Open a Claim:

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear unboxing photos/videos of the product.

  3. We will cross-reference your claim with our pre-shipment photo logs. If a legitimate packing error is confirmed, we will fast-track a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Shipping & Geographic Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: Citeehive exclusively ships within Canada, servicing all provinces. We do not ship internationally or to the United States.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Citeehive is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have it delivered again.
