Our “Upload Your Own Gangsheet” service is designed for experienced designers, brands, and print shops who prefer to build their gangsheets in their own design software (like Photoshop or Illustrator) and simply want flawless, commercial-grade execution. By setting up your own file on our massive 24″ printable width, you retain total control over your design placement, margins, and optimization, driving your cost-per-transfer down to the absolute minimum.

We print your uploaded files on state-of-the-art commercial DTF (Direct to Film) printers using premium inks and TPU powder. The result? Unmatched color vibrancy, razor-sharp edge detail, and incredible wash durability with a soft, lightweight hand-feel. Whether you are transferring onto standard cotton, tricky polyesters, elastic athletic blends, or heavy nylon, these transfers are built to look incredible and last.

• Ready to Press: Your transfers arrive at your door completely finished. The white ink backing has been applied, the adhesive powder melted, and the film perfectly cured. There is zero weeding, vinyl plotting, or masking required—simply cut out your individual graphics from the roll and press.

• True Hot Peel Film: Designed to accelerate high-volume fulfillment. Instead of slowing down your workflow to wait for garments to cool completely (cold peel), our premium carrier film can be peeled off immediately while it is still scorching hot. This simple feature cuts your pressing time in half.

⚠️ Critical Upload Policy & Quality Rules

Because this is a completely custom printing service, we do not offer returns, refunds, or reprints for poor print quality caused by low-quality, improperly formatted files. You, the customer, are entirely responsible for the resolution, background transparency, and color space of your uploaded gangsheet.

To ensure a flawless print, your file must meet these strict technical specifications:

File Setup Checklist:

• Width: Exactly 24 inches wide (Length can vary based on your order).

• Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI/PPI at actual print size.

• Color Mode: CMYK (Not RGB).

• Background: 100% Transparent (No hidden white grids or solid background boxes).

1. Color Mode (CMYK Only)

Your file must be designed and exported in CMYK color mode. Digital screens display images in RGB (light), whereas commercial printers use CMYK (ink). If you upload an RGB file, the colors will automatically convert and shift, often resulting in duller or altered tones. Design in CMYK so that what you see on your monitor matches what prints on the film.

2. Resolution (300 DPI/PPI)

Your gangsheet must be created at a true 300 DPI/PPI. Saving a low-resolution internet graphic (72 DPI) or a mobile screenshot onto a 300 DPI canvas will not fix the quality. Stretched, low-res images will print with highly visible pixelation, blurry edges, and blockiness.

3. 100% Transparent Background

Your file must have a completely clean, transparent background. If you leave a solid black or white box behind your images on your artboard, the printer will print that solid box onto the film.

• Watch Out for Semi-Transparencies: Ensure your graphics have crisp, hard edges. Remove all soft drop shadows, glowing outer borders, or transparent gradients. Because DTF printers must lay down a solid layer of white ink behind all colors to make them opaque, semi-transparent or smokey pixels will print as a harsh, solid white halo around your design.

4. Acceptable File Formats

We highly recommend exporting your final 24″ wide gangsheet as a flattened, high-resolution PNG, TIFF, or PDF file. Ensure all text layers are rasterized or converted to outlines before saving.
