File Requirements — Please Read Carefully

To guarantee the best print quality, all uploaded files MUST meet the following specifications:

Resolution	300 PPI/DPI minimum
File Format	PNG, SVG, or TIFF only
Format NOT Accepted	JPEG / JPG (no exceptions)

Why These Requirements Matter
CMYK ensures accurate color reproduction for printing (RGB files can shift in color once printed). 300 PPI/DPI ensures your design prints crisp and sharp without pixelation or blurring. PNG, SVG, and TIFF formats preserve image quality and transparency, while JPEG compression degrades quality and can cause color banding or artifacts — which is why we do not accept it under any circumstances.

By placing this order, you confirm that your uploaded file meets all of the requirements listed above. We print exactly what is submitted. Files that do not meet these specifications (incorrect color mode, low resolution, or wrong file format) will still be printed as submitted, and no refunds, reprints, or replacements will be issued for quality issues resulting from non-compliant files.
