Our Rolling DTF Gang Sheet Builder is designed for high-volume, continuous production, making it the perfect upgrade from our Standard DTF Gang Sheet option. While the Standard builder is ideal for small to medium orders, the Rolling version is optimized for bulk printing, efficiency, and maximum material usage, helping businesses scale faster with professional-grade results.

Artwork Requirements (Must Follow)

To ensure the absolute best print quality, your uploaded files must meet the following criteria:

• Accepted File Types: .PNG, .TIF, .SVG, .PDF, .AI

• Background: Transparent background required (no solid white or colored bounding boxes).

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI resolution scaled to your exact desired print size.

• Quality Check: Clean, high-quality, print-ready artwork only. Low-resolution, blurry, pixellated, or stretched images will result in poor print quality.

• Line Thickness: Ensure all fine lines and small text are at least 0.02 inches (approx. 2 pixels) thick so the white ink backing adheres properly.

Note on Color Matching: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen due to different monitor calibrations. We print in CMYK format; please ensure your artwork color profile is optimized accordingly for the most accurate results.
